Due to the customized nature of our products we do not provide refunds/returns for most products. If a product is damage in shipping of there is a defect in the customization we can offer an exchange with a remade item.
Only in certain conditions/cases where we will issue a refund if you did not receive an item or in specialty cases where we cannot offer an exchange for a remade item.
